On one hand, the Exeo is a good-size estate, which is attractive as it doesn’t suffer from the disadvantage of looking long.

On the other hand, it might be a bit small in terms of the practicality expected of a tourer model. With two child car seats in the back, one positioned centrally, there isn’t much room for an adult as well. The lucky grown-up who tried this found themselves sitting hunched up to one side.

So, while it might be suitable for three backseat children (yet to be tested), for two kids and three adults in total, this isn’t a particularly comfortable solution.
