I love how the design on the XC60 has been thought through.

This is particularly true of the way the satnav is controlled. There are three buttons (‘yes’, ‘no’ and a direction toggle) on the back of the steering wheel that are incredibly intuitive to use and can be controlled without taking your hands off the wheel,

They are perfect. However, the route-finding navigation brain is really rather rubbish. Even if you pick ‘fastest’ with no traffic information it has a confidence-demolishing tendency to send you away from what is obviously the best or quickest route. Or is it just me?
