Our Fleet Test Drive: Ford Focus – 10th Report

The fact that Ford has fitted a DAB digital radio as standard to all new Focus models, as well as the C-max and Grand C-max range, is a real boon both now and, more importantly, in the future. With the Government threatening to turn off the analogue radio signal some time between 2015 and 2020, the issue will become more critical to used car buyers, making my car a more attractive proposition in the sales halls in three years’ time. And that’s before I mention the matter of crystal-clear Radio Five Live, or the recent discovery of Absolute Radio ’90s – my era – anywhere I go!
