Zenith, one of the largest independent fleet management firms, has struck a 350-car deal with Allied Bakeries, owners of brands including Kingsmill, Sunblest and Allinson.
Zenith Vehicle Contracts will manage all aspects of the fleet including maintenance, accident management and hire cars, while Allied will own the cars outright.
