Volkswagen Financial Services Fleet has appointed Gavin Jones to the new position of head of fleet corporate service.
Jones is said to have 20 years of experience in a variety of senior operational and customer facing roles for leasing and fleet management providers.
He will be particularly focused on service enhancement and customer satisfaction.
Jones said: “I am looking forward to supporting our team to deliver the best in class service to our new and existing customers, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
