Vauxhall has released the first imagens of its new Nissan Qashqai rival, arriving in the UK toward the end of this year.

Called Mokka, the small SUV will be available with either front- or four-wheel drive, while engines on offer are 115hp 1.6 or 140hp 1.4 turbo petrol, or the 130hp 1.7 diesel, the latter two available with a six-speed auto gearbox as well as the six-speed manual.

More on efficiency, kit and pricing will emerge nearer to the Mokka’s launch, although 18-inch alloys will be standard on most models.
