Fuel management company TMC has announced a new contract with catering service provider Harrison Catering.
TMC will provide its Fuel+ fuel card, which allows fee-free access to 98% of UK filling stations, mileage capture and audit services to Harrison Catering’s company car and cash allowance drivers.
Drivers will log business journeys through the TMC web portal or the TMC Mobile Tracking App, which TMC says will ensure the accuracy of trips, and enable accurate calculation of business and private mileages.
The mileage audit and reporting aspect of the contract includes outbound contact with drivers.
TMC says this is designed to ensure accuracy of data, identify and correct anomalies, unlock administration time, ensure compliance with HMRC requirements, and reduce Harrison Catering’s fuel bill.
