Toyota has announced updates for its Corolla lower-medium car.
Among the changes is a power reduction for the 2.0-litre hybrid powertrain option, which now produces 178hp rather than 196hp. A 1.8-litre hybrid is also available.
Toyota has also introduced a synthetic leather material to wrap the steering wheel and gear shift knob across all Corolla equipment grades, while the Design grade is now available with a new recycled fabric upholstery option.
A new Metal Oxide red paint option is now available with the Excel and GR Sport grades, while gloss black door mirror caps are now standard throughout the range. In addition, there is a new 17in alloy wheel design for Design grade models with a silver/machined black finish.
The updated Corolla remains available with a choice of hatchback and Touring Sports estate bodystyles. The 2025 model range is on sale now.
