Audi has confirmed UK specs and prices for its updated A3 lower-medium car, which is available to order now.
The model is launching with a choice of 150hp petrol and diesel engines, with further petrol and plug-in hybrid options due to join the range later this year.
There’s a choice of hatchback and saloon bodystyles, and of Sport, S Line, and Black Edition equipment grades.
Standard features of the Sport grade include 17in alloy wheels, LED headlights, heated front seats, three-zone climate control, two rear USB-C charging ports, Audi’s Virtual Cockpit Plus display, a 10.1in infotainment touchscreen with sat-nav, front and rear parking sensors, autonomous emergency braking, lane departure warning, and camera-based traffic sign recognition.
Further features of the S Line grade include 18in alloy wheels, LED rear lights, privacy glass, and leather seats, while further features of the Black Edition grade include 19in alloy wheels, and an exterior black styling pack.
Audi says the updated A3 will also come with two ‘functions on demand’ in the UK, namely adaptive cruise control and high beam assist, which can be ‘booked’ for one month, six months, one year, three years, or permanently.
Launch prices start at £32,035 for a petrol Sport hatch, and rise as high as £38,530 for a diesel Black Edition saloon.
The first deliveries are expected in early May.
