A new online breakdown reporting tool aimed at SME fleets has been launched by AA Business Services.
The new service is said to allow breakdowns to be logged twice as quickly as they can over the phone, with the potential to reduce vehicle off-road time for customers.
The launch follows the introduction of other online features such as contract tailoring and policy purchasing.
