Northgate Vehicle Hire has launched a new business car rental service.
Northgate Cars is offering cars on a flexible rental basis, for periods starting from seven days, as an additional offering for the company’s van rental fleet customers.
Northgate says the service has been launched in response to customer demand, and is designed for requirements such as a lead-in vehicle being needed to overcome a company car delivery delay, or a seasonal peak in demand necessitating additional pool vehicles.
Cars are offered nationally through Northgate’s 68-branch network, and range from small city cars, through mid-sized hatchbacks and saloons, to larger family cars and SUVs.
Northgate Cars is being overseen by key account manager, Debbie Wallace, who joins Northgate with more than 30 years of experience in the rental and business rental sector.
She said: “In launching Northgate Cars, we are delighted to bring this latest beneficial addition to Northgate’s mobility solutions to market.
“Fleets of all sizes experience peaks and troughs in demand, and while this is catered for with LCV fleets under our highly flexible van hire contracts, with Northgate Cars, passenger vehicles can now be added when needed.
