Nissan has confirmed plans to introduce all-electric successors to its Juke and Qashqai SUVs.

The models, along with the next-generation Leaf EV, will be built at Nissan’s Sunderland factory.

Nissan said the successor to the Juke would be inspired by its Hyper Punk concept, and the Qashqai successor by its Hyper Urban Concept.

Nissan has previously announced that all its new cars in Europe from now will be fully electric, and that it expects its passenger car line-up in Europe to be 100% electric by 2030.

Further information about the new models, including names, specifications and launch dates, is yet to be announced.
