Nexus Vehicle Rental has introduced a new EV marketplace.

Nexus-E gives customers access to fully-electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles via the company’s Iris fleet management software.

It is available across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, allowing users to manage all EV bookings in one place, and providing access to dedicated operational support.

Users can also view technical information when choosing their vehicles, including EV range, battery capacity, connection times and charge times.

Nexus client development director Mike Palmer said: “At Nexus, we are constantly looking to develop our services with new and innovative product offerings and software, facilitated by our flagship product, Iris.

“We are really excited about the launch of Nexus-E, which will help to make the switch to electric easier by helping to combat the existing challenges associated with accessing a comprehensive stock of electric vehicles.”
