Suzuki has added new standard equipment to its Swace lower-medium estate car range.
The model – closely related to the Toyota Corolla – now features intelligent speed assistance on both the Motion and Ultra equipment grades, which audibly informs drivers to change the vehicle’s speed when the road speed limit changes, as recognised by the traffic sign recognition system.
The range-topping Ultra grade also now comes as standard with sat-nav, and features new driver display and infotainment screens, which have increased in size from 7in and 8in to 12.3in and 10.5in respectively.
The Swace is only available with a hybrid powertrain, with official fuel economy of up to 62.7mpg, and CO2 emissions of 102g/km.
The new spec upgrades follow on from a mid-life facelift which was carried out last year.
