Chris Chandler has been appointed a senior consultant at Lex Momentum, the consultancy service provided by leasing company Lex.
Chandler moves to Lex from the position of senior consultant and head of training at Fleet Audits.
His speciality is the environmental effect of business cars and fleet fuel strategies.
