Rental company Switch has introduced a new flexible mobility service.
The new MySwitch product, available on contracts starting from one month in length, allows customers to swap between different vehicles regularly (after three months), ranging from small cars to luxury SUVs, as well as vans. Switch says it also expects demand for the product from those wanting to try EVs.
It is available to large corporate firms, smaller businesses, and consumers.
The service includes maintenance, VED, and breakdown cover, and has a 1000 or 2000-mile allowance per month.
Martin Wilson, managing director of Scot Group, owner of the Switch brand, said: “‘The whole ethos of the Switch brand is to be agile and provide more innovative vehicle mobility solutions.
“We’re delighted to launch MySwitch, which offers drivers real flexibility and a huge choice of vehicles.
“What that means in practice is that you could choose a roomy estate car for the summer holidays, or a van if that better suits your needs, then switch to a commuting-capable SUV to handle winter road conditions.”
