DS has opened UK orders for the No8, its new flagship EV.

Three powertrain options are available, offering 230hp, 245hp, or 350hp – the latter with a two-motor set-up allowing four-wheel drive. The 230hp option comes with a 73.7kWh battery, and the 245hp and 350hp options come with 97.2kWh batteries, offering official ranges of up to 341 miles, 466 miles, and 427 miles respectively.

Charging speeds of up to 160kW are possible, allowing a 20-80% charge in 27 minutes.

The model is being made available with a choice of Pallas and Etoile equipment grades. Standard equipment with the Pallas grade includes the new DS Iris infotainment system 2.0 with 3D connected sat-nav, wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay, an extended head-up display, a wireless smartphone charger, keyless entry and start, all-round parking sensors, a reversing camera, heated seats, a heated steering wheel, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, and a hands-free powered tailgate.

Further features of the Etoile grade include an illuminated front grille, the Drive Assist 2.0 package, pixel LED lighting, a digital driver’s mirror, and a 360-degree camera system.

Prices are £50,790 for a 230hp Pallas, £54,690 for a 245hp Pallas, £54,790 for a 230hp Etoile, £59,290 for a 245hp Etoile, and £63,290 for a 350hp Etoile.

The first deliveries are scheduled for the second half of 2025.
