Software company Jaama has announced new senior appointments as it marks 20 years in the fleet industry.
The firm has named Rhianna Greaves as customer success director, Michelle Batty as head of marketing, and Karen Shaw as head of customer support.
Greaves is said to bring experience as a Jaama customer from her previous role as IT director for a national provider of asset hire and maintenance services.
Batty is an experienced leet marketeer having spent more than six years as marketing manager of Nexus Vehicle Rental, and Shaw has spent over a decade in customer centric roles, both in the commercial vehicle and insurance industries.
Jaama CEO Andrew Holgate (pictured) said: “The success of the Jaama business over the past two decades has been down to our exceptional team and we continue to bring talented new people into our business to ensure we deliver an outstanding experience to our customers.”
Jaama says it has also committed to ongoing investment in research and development projects, which have already resulted in a fresh new look and enhanced functionality being made available to users of its Key2 management platform.
