Licence Check has added new functionality to its Davis Coaching online driver training platform.
The new features, designed to give fleet managers greater insight into their drivers’ training course performances, include more detailed dashboards which now show the average score and completion rate for each training module.
Additional reporting has also been added to provide greater visibility of courses which have been completed and the associated results, with the ability to filter by driver type and course name.
Further features planned by Licence Check include the option for managers to trigger ad hoc courses for individuals, specific types of drivers, or departments.
The company has also reported record figures for its Davis platform overall, with more than 930,000 drivers on the system.
Licence Check managing director Keith Allen said: “These latest features will add to the already impressive, highly targeted functionality currently available through Davis Coaching, and will give fleet and other managers greater insight into the performance levels of their drivers, regardless of category.
“The type of training that Davis Coaching delivers – in bite-sized, easy to assimilate chunks – is the most effective means of improving driver attitude and behaviour with pinpoint accuracy, in our view.
“We are already working to increase the available features within Davis Coaching which we will unveil to the market over the coming months and will bring even greater depth.”
