Lexus has strengthened its corporate sales presence with the appointment of two new corporate sales managers.
Lucy Allberry joins the Japanese premium brand from Alfa Romeo, and will report to southern region corporate sales manager Mark Waite, while former Jaguar man Nigel King will work under northern area corporate sales manager Alan McInnes. The new team reports into national corporate and remarketing boss Andy Simpson.
“We have made these appointments in response to the increased recognition of hybrid technology,” said Simpson. “With more companies focusing on environmentally friendly corporate fleets, Lexus is in a unique position to be able to respond to this demand with the largest hybrid model line-up. We are now in contact with companies who previously may not have considered Lexus for their company car fleets.”
Lexus has recorded a 23.2% growth in fleet sales over the first half of 2007, registering 4374 units.
