The International Engine of the Year Awards have received their highest number of green entries to date, as 46 of this year’s candidates fall under the banner of clean internal combustion units, hybrids, range-extenders or all-electric models, which the awards also cover.
The winner will be announced at the Engine Expo 2012 in Stuttgart, Germany, on 13 June.
