Audi‘s fleet sales director, Ian Carmichael, has announced that he is leaving the company.

Carmichael has worked at Audi for 13 years and headed up the firm’s fleet operations for the last six.

Where he is moving to or his new role has yet to be announced.

Contract hire and leasing manager Warren Richards will head up Audi’s UK fleet operations while a replacement is being sourced.

Audi‘s managing director, Martin Sander, issued the following statement: “Please be advised that Iain Carmichael has decided to pursue other opportunities outside of the Group, and will therefore be leaving the business by mutual agreement.

“I would like to thank Iain for his contribution during the 13 years service with the business, and wish him well for his next opportunity.”
