A one-number call service facility has just been launched by HSBC Vehicle Finance.
Called ServiceDirect, the 0500 number directs company car drivers to an adviser for routine service booking.
ServiceDirect includes collection and delivery or courtesy car, plus car wash as part of the service. Drivers can order replacement tyres, exhausts or batteries, as well.
“We want to work more closely with our customers to ensure their vehicles are kept fit for purpose. Making it easier and more convenient for them to get their cars serviced is an essential element,” commented Peter Hollinshead, head of HSBC Vehicle Finance.
“ServiceDirect will improve the driver experience, help to keep vehicles operating efficiently and enable us to take some of the daily routine issues away from the fleet department.”
HSBC ServiceDirect utilises a network of more than 1700 nationwide suppliers that will collect and deliver within a 20-mile radius. Drivers simply supply their postcode.
