Online estate agent House Network has acquired 18 Honda Civic diesels as part of a new fleet deal.

The fleet of 120hp 1.6-litre diesel SE Plus Navi Civics were chosen by the company thanks to the model’s low whole-life costs.

House Network said it extensively tested rivals vehicles and prepared a “detailed” whole-life analysis of each model before choosing the Civic hatchback.

“Through the fleet deal with House Network, we have been able to work closely with the customer to offer a complete solution to the practical issues associated with reducing motoring costs faced by House Network, such as minimising BIK and NI contributions,” said Phil Webb, head of cars at Honda.
