Fleet Support Group has bolstered its Riskmaster risk management programme by integrating a telematics service.
The move sees FSG borrow the technology from its parent company Automotive Resources International (ARI), which acquired it in late 2011.
Tony Candeloro, ARI director of customer information systems, said: “In our experience it is very rare for one telematics provider to truly be able to meet the reporting requirements across an entire vehicle fleet. ARI’s approach enables fleets to use multiple systems. we then interpret system information and deliver it to fleet operators in a single ‘normalised’ format.”
