Citroen has facelifted its C4 Picasso and Grand C4 Picasso MPVs, which are due in the UK from the summer.

The revision brings two new engines to the range – a 130hp 115g/km three-cylinder petrol and a 110hp petrol engine in the five-seat version – while CO2 emissions for the rest of the engine line-up have dropped by between 1 and 6g/km of CO2.

Visual changes to the C4 Picasso and Grand Picasso range include a new front end, 3D-effect rear lights and 17-inch alloy wheels.

Inside, the models gain a new satnav system combined with an updated seven-inch touchscreen, while there are now four interior design options and five upholstery choices.

Meanwhile, the C4 Picasso and Grand C4 Picasso also gain a hands-free opening tailgate and a number of new driver assistance systems including a speed limit sign recognition system, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, driver attention alert and an active blind spot monitoring tool.
