Adam Pumfrey has been officially confirmed as fleet director of Fiat Auto UK, succeeding Tony Dittli.
As revealed by BusinessCar.co.uk earlier this week, Pumfrey moves to the Italian brand from a similar role at Mazda.
Dittli is staying at Fiat, with the company only revealing that he will “head up an exciting new project within the Group, details of which will be announced shortly”.
Speculation about his new position centres on Dittli heading next year’s reintroduction of Lancia to the UK.
Pumfrey’s replacement at Mazda is James Hopkins, who previously headed Ford Credit in Hungary.
