Driver training firm Drivetech is holding a webinar on the subject of driver behaviour as part of a road safety campaign.

The webinar will be held on the morning of 14 September as part of Project EDWARD – said to stand for ‘every day without a road death’ – which will hold a week of activity from 14-18 September.

Drivetech says the timing coincides with a general return to pre-lockdown traffic volumes, and with concerns about poor driving behaviour during lockdown itself on relatively empty roads.

Drivetech head of marketing Colin Paterson said: “At Drivetech, we are driven to keep people safe, and our range of road risk management and driver training services fits well with the overarching message of Project EDWARD – to work towards every day without a road death.

“We will contribute to this campaign message and hope that the driver behaviour webinar, and other road safety content we can provide during the week, will have a tangible impact to reduce road deaths and serious collisions.”

Details of how to sign up for the webinar will soon be made available on the Drivetech and Project EDWARD websites.
