The estate version of Citroen‘s new C5 will be available from £16,695.

On sale from 17 June, the ‘Tourer’ shares most of its styling with the saloon version.

Boot space is sensible 505 litres, but still not as large as either the Ford Mondeo – 554 litres – or the previous generation C5 – 563 litres.

A motorised tailgate, suspension that can be lowered to ease access, and a torch in the boot are some of the options available.

The estate also comes with the option of either Citroen’s famous hydractive suspension, or traditional (to other car markers) metallic version.
