Car dealer giant Sytner Group has launched a contract hire comparison and ordering service aimed at fleets of up to 75 vehicles.
Sytner Supply uses the dealer group’s panel of unnamed lenders to source the best deal across 20 different manufacturer franchises, and claimed during trials an average £50 per month saving versus the rates customers had found themselves.
“The platform we have created obtains competitive quotes from our panel of lenders and allows us to quickly and easily identify the best available,” said programme manager Nigel King.
The firm will either look for the best quotes on specific models, or find the best deal on certain types or sizes of vehicle if the customer is not model-specific.
“Having no captive contract hire operation ourselves, we realised that we were perfectly placed to create a service that compares a wide number of funders and takes the legwork out of vehicle acquisition,” concluded King.
