For today’s article previewing this year’s Business Car Awards, we’re looking at the Customer Service Award.

In this category, the judges will be looking for evidence of a customer-oriented approach, and considering its effect on retaining and increasing the entrant’s client base.

Last year’s winner in this category, Ogilvie Fleet, impressed with its fuss-free approach to helping its customers, backed up by many testimonials from satisfied clients.

To enter this category, and indeed any of the others open for entry, visit www.businesscarawards.co.uk. The closing date for entries is 31 July.

Due to social distancing requirements, this year’s Business Car Awards will be taking place as an interactive, virtual event, on 22 October.
