Driver training business Automotional is offering an expanded range of driver risk management (DRM) packages from £4 a month.

Aimed at both private and public sector fleets, the packages are marketed as Basic DRM, Full DRM and Full DRM Plus, and comprise annual driver risk profiles, e-learning modules aimed at individual drivers, 24-hour data management, and a driver notification system for when documents are due for renewal.

Enhanced services include driving license checking, driver ‘well-being’ profiling and individual quarterly reports on employees, together with generic and specific driver training.

“We previously used a number of different on-road training providers, but opted to consolidate so we receive a consistent approach to training,” said Chris Chariton, road risk manager for Northern Powergrid, which has recently appointed the company to oversee its driver assessment and training activities.

To support its expanded range of products, Automotional has taken on Rachael Long as business development manager.

She previously worked with Balfour Beatty’s fleet services division.
