Audi has launched a new-look fleet section to its website www.audi.co.uk to “further streamline the decision-making process for business users,” according to the German brand.
The improvements are intended to enable prospective and existing fleet customers to navigate more easily through the options available as part of choosing a suitable company car.
“People are busy and they want clear, concise information, so it’s vital that we make that information accessible to them as quickly and as intuitively as possible,” said Audi fleet and aftersales manager Nathan Dennis.
“By clearly defining the fleet area of the website from the retail section and adding new straightforward features specifically aimed at fleet operators and drivers, our aim is to demystify what can be a complicated and confusing area as much as possible.”
