Toyota will replace its Amazon 4×4 flagship in January with the new Land Cruiser V8, powered by the company’s first V8 diesel.
Likely to cost over £50,000, there will be a single high-spec model. The 285PS engine, claimed to pioneer common-rail technology on a V8 diesel, replaces the 4.2-litre diesel in the current Land Cruiser Amazon.
