Delegates were reminded of the importance of intricate planning when tendering for replacement contracts, with PMMS Group senior consultant Michael Campbell drilling home the importance of the right specification.
“If you don’t get the spec right going into the tendering process, you’re into a garbage in, garbage out scenario,” he said.
“You work from the need to the requirement to the detailed spec, don’t work back from the detailed spec and try and justify things. Get it the right way around.”
