Fiat has announced the appointment of Damien Dally as UK managing director.
He leads a new management team which also includes Iain Brown as sales director, and Giuseppe Cava as marketing director.
The news makes Fiat the third arm of the Stellantis group to announce a new management team in short order, following similar announcements by Citroen and Peugeot last week.
As well as Fiat, the announcement also covers the Fiat Professional and Abarth brands.
Dally has worked for Stellantis and its precursor FCA for 21 years, with roles including EMEA head of commercial development for the Jeep brand, and management of Fiat Chrysler international sales operations.
Brown first joined Fiat in 2008, and was most recently head of customer experience and quality for Abarth, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Fiat Professional and Jeep.
Cava has been marketing director for Fiat and Abarth since February 2022.
Dally said: “This is a huge honour for me to take over these iconic brands with incredible pasts, but equally as exciting futures.
“In the all-electric Fiat 500 we truly have an electric car that is widely lauded by media and consumers alike.
“In addition, the Abarth 500e has just been revealed and will be on sale later in the year while e-Ducato and e-Scudo offer a diverse portfolio for van drivers. It really couldn’t be a more exciting time to be working on these brands.”
Stellantis UK senior vice president and group managing director Paul Willcox said: “I am delighted to congratulate Damien on his new appointment as managing director for the UK operations of Abarth, Fiat and Fiat Professional.
“His 21 years’ experience within the business and deep understanding of the individual brands will help guide the business towards its successful emission-free future.”
