Nissan makes no bones about what it has set out to achieve – gaining itself a larger slice of the light commercial vehicle market.

The company will be making its sales intentions loud and clear at this year’s BusinessCar Live on 26 & 27 September.

Hoping to make a big splash with decision makers and drivers alike, the brand will be out in force with its newest models, from the recently revised Kubistar to the all-new Cabstar chassis cab and smash-hit Navara 4×4 pick-up.

Bolstering the brand’s new found confidence and driving the firm towards an unprecedented sales high – the company wants to treble sales – will be its recent partnership with Volvo Trucks that enables Nissan to sell LCV through the Swedish firm’s network.

Come October the Japanese brand will also launch a dramatic van concept at the Tokyo motor show that it hopes will revolutionise the small van world. Its most striking feature is a small loading pod that slides out of the rear of the van when stationary.
