BCA has scooped the Remarketing category for the sixth year in a row and the win this year takes its total to an impressive 20 in BusinessCar’s history.
The company is making a sizeable investment in a new 20-acre site in Perry Bar, Birmingham,which will be completed next year.
Voters reacted positively to improvements to BCA’s website, with the firm cutting average search times for professional buyers from two minutes to 30 seconds. As a result, the overhauled website picked up the this year’s BusinessCar Techies award for Best Remarketing System.
BCA appointed Volkswagen UK’s brand director Robert Hazelwood as its new commercial director in October 2014, following its acquisitions of video tech company Autos On Show and online remarketing portal Tradeouts.com. All this activity has created a business at the forefront of the physical and digital auction world, providing fleets with consistent comment and analysis on the market to help them plan for the future.
