And the main reason for that is service, according to managing director Nigel Doggett. “The service message is the clear and overriding one,” he said, “particularly in the fleet market where people need us to get out at a time and a place appropriate to them, and deliver our promise of a fast service so they can get on the road again.”

He also points towards Autoglass’s policy of repair rather than replace if possible, which obviously saves fleets times and money, while factors such as the company not using subcontractors and the 365-day 24-hour coverage are also obviously finding favour with voters.

Doggett also flags up the facts that Autoglass only uses manufacturers’ recommended suppliers, and that it will be further strengthening its team of 45 night-time technicians in the coming year.
