It’s two wins in successive years for Leasedrive Velo’s Rental:Manager, which continues to demonstrate that it’s the best in daily rental systems.
As well as reserving and managing rental vehicles, the programme has its own internal reporting technology which allows users to view, download and print invoices and historical management information, including P11D data.
With secure 24-hour access to a claimed 202,274 vehicles in 1095 UK locations, Rental:Manager is linked directly with suppliers’ systems for maximum accuracy and efficiency, and authorisation levels can be assigned to individual users to control rental expenditure.
Leasedrive Velo says there are constant system enhancements based on user feedback. New features for Rental:Manager include a new ‘favourites’ area, which provides a 20-second booking time by retrieving regular bookings, as well as an electronic invoicing system to reduce carbon footprint.
It has also toughened its security to meet the needs of some of its public sector and enterprise clients such as the Met Office, Ofsted and the DVLA, and there is a customer support team in case of problems, plus on-site system training.
The Highly Commended award went to Jaama’s Key2 Daily Rental, which manages all facets of a company’s rental business whether vehicle, end-user or driver-related, according to the firm. The technology includes hire quotations, vehicle booking, vehicle inspection and damage management.
