ATS Euromaster plans to turn all of its centres into free wi-fi hotspots after signing a contract with broadband provider The Cloud. The move will allow drivers to take care of online business while their vehicle is in the workshop.
“When vehicles need to come into the centre this initiative will help to reduce the driver’s downtime, whilst we work as quickly as possible to get their car, van or truck back on the road,” says Peter Fairlie, group sales director at ATS Euromaster.
The Cloud also provides free web services to users at McDonald’s, Costa Coffee and Greggs sites, although ATS customers don’t need to subscribe to the service to access wi-fi at branches.
