Rental firm Thrifty will add 6708 new vehicles to its fleet throughout March and April.
Of the new vehicles, 87% will be cars, 10% vans and the remaining 3% will be minibuses.
The increase comes in line with the new 12-plate registration programme as, according to fleet director Grant Capel, the firm attempts to “keep giving our customers access to state-of-the-art models and technology from a broad range of manufacturers”.
