Fleet software firm CFC Solutions will use social networking on its new website to communicate with customers.
Cfcsolutions.co.uk will use TWITTER to keep existing and potential customers up-to-date on fleet issues as well as offering improved online support facilities and an RSS feed.
CFC managing director Neville Briggs said: “For a technology company like CFC, our website is a shop window for what we offer.
“The Twitter facility is perhaps the most eyecatching. Social networking is quickly catching on in the business community and tweets are a fast and easy way for us to communicate with existing and potential customers.”
