Skoda‘s next Superb Greenline is expected to slip below 110g/km, making it eligible for the 100% Capital Allowance tax band.
The new Superb Greenline will be powered by a 105PS 1.6-litre diesel which in the non-Greenline version produces 119g/km, with fuel and CO2-saving Greenline technology fitted, including stop-start, this CO2 output should drop below 110g/km.
The updated Skoda Superb Greenline is expected mid to late 2010.
The high volume selling 140PS 2.0-litre diesel power plant (160g/km in manual form) is also being replaced next March by an equivalent power output common rail counterpart with a lower but undisclosed CO2 rating.
