Lombard Vehicle Management has set up a new ‘strategic accounts team’ to deal with large fleets requiring bespoke treatment.
The 17-strong team of fleet relationship directors and account managers will focus on major customers.
Peter Crabtree will lead the group as director of strategic accounts, having joined Lombard from the Bank of Scotland where he worked on corporate vehicle business.
It follows the appointment of Lombard’s new boss, Stuart Houlston, who has a customer service background.
“This demonstrates that we are investing aggressively in people and systems to deliver the best possible experience to our customers,” said Houlston.
