Honda has priced its new hybrid Insight to substantially undercut rival models.
The new petrol-electric hybrid Honda Insight, which goes on sale on 4 April, will cost from £15,490 for the SE model. The mid-range ES car costs £16,790 and the range-topping ES-T car costs £18,390.
Honda claims the Insight undercuts its nearest hybrid rival – the Toyota Prius – by £2380. However, a new Prius is due in the UK later this year.
Honda‘s new Insight emits just 101g/km and has a combined fuel figure of 64.2mpg.
