Wycks first tells us that business over the past year has been dynamic for Chevin Fleet Solutions. He says: “We’ve seen strong growth across various sectors, with heightened demand for streamlined fleet operations and enhanced data insights. Significant updates to our FleetWave platform, including the launch of FleetWave SmartForms, has allowed us to better serve the evolving needs of our clients. Additionally, we’ve strengthened our global presence, onboarding clients from new regions and industries.”

Wycks goes on to tell us that a key growth area has been the increasing demand for Chevin Fleet Solutions’ SaaS model, as customers recognise the benefits of seamless updates and access to  its recently launched features such as SmartForms and the Driver app. He says: “This shift allows clients to stay at the forefront of fleet management innovation, while reducing the complexities of system maintenance. The enthusiasm for our SaaS model has also positioned us to better deliver future advancements, ensuring customers can quickly adopt new tools and enhancements as they are developed. This level of engagement and forward-thinking adoption from our customers has been both encouraging and a pleasant surprise.”

We move on to the subject of awards, where Wycks tells us that, on top of winning the Best Fleet Management Software at the Business Car Awards, Chevin was also proud to have received a Highly Commended Technology award from our sister title What Van? He says: “The What Van? award was for SmartForms, recognising our commitment to innovation in fleet management. Celebrating 34 years of industry leadership was another significant milestone, reflecting our longstanding dedication to supporting fleets worldwide.

“Our global customer conferences have been well-received, earning an impressive 4.9/5 stars, and we also successfully hosted our first virtual conference in Australia. Additionally, we’ve attended and spoken at global industry events, further solidifying Chevin’s reputation as a thought leader. These accomplishments highlight our drive to innovate, connect, and deliver value to our clients across the globe.”

Wycks then tells us of Chevin’s plans for 2025. He says: “Chevin will introduce exciting advancements, including the launch of FleetWave Store, a hub for streamlined access to modules and features, tailored to specific business needs. Additionally, a new integration tool will make it easier than ever for clients to connect FleetWave with their existing systems, enhancing efficiency and data flow. These developments reflect our commitment to providing flexible, cutting-edge solutions for fleet management.”

Wycks believes Chevin’s strength lies in its adaptability, and deep understanding of client needs. He says: “FleetWave is more than just software, it’s a customisable platform that evolves with industry demands. Our commitment to innovation, like integrating sustainability metrics, and our exceptional customer support, differentiate us. We don’t just provide a product – we’re a partner in achieving fleet success.”

It provides a platform to showcase our achievements and build trust with prospective clients. To retain this recognition, we’ll continue investing in innovation, responding to client feedback, and prioritising sustainability, ensuring we remain at the forefront of fleet management solutions.”
