Targa Telematics has announced a new strategic partnership with MCVR Car and Van Rental.
The deal will see Targa Telematics deliver services specifically designed for the rental and leasing markets, using connected vehicle data with the aim of helping MCVR to optimise rental operations and improve overall efficiency.
Among the intended benefits for MCVR are the creation of maintenance plans for each vehicle based on expected component wear, with alerts also for unexpected failures, reducing downtime.
Also included is an AI-powered stolen vehicle recovery service, designed to detect suspicious activity in real time.
