Volkswagen has revealed a concept version of the Nissan Navara-rivalling pick-up due in 2010.
There’s no word yet on name or precise powertrain for the new model, but VW says it will be using more than one brand new common-rail turbodiesel.
The concept was unveiled at the commercial vehicles show in Hanover and is 5.2m long and 1.9m wide.
It boasts four doors, four seats and shares design cues with VW’s other commercial vehicles – the Caddy, Transporter and Crafter.
The concept will be built in Argentina when it goes into production in late 2009.
