Audi has unveiled a new, entry-level version of its A6 E-Tron executive EV.
The new variant features a single, rear-mounted electric motor, producing 326hp, and a smaller 83kWh battery, offering respective ranges of 382 miles and 361 miles with Sportback and Avant estate bodystyles.
In addition, Audi has introduced a new Quattro all-wheel drive variant of the A6 E-Tron, with 462hp and a 100kWh battery providing a 438-mile range with a Sportback model, and a 415-mile range with an Avant. Previously, the only all-wheel drive option in the range was the S6 performance variant.
Both the new powertrains will be available with a choice of Sport, S Line, and Edition 1 equipment grades. With the 326hp powertrain these are priced at £62,500, £66,000, and £71,000 respectively for Sportback versions, while with the 462hp powertrain these prices are £75,000, £78,500, and £83,500. With both powertrains, Avants incur an £1,800 premium.
Orders for the new powertrains will open on 31 October, with the first deliveries due by the end of Q1 2025.
